Event Details

Placer County has coordinated the Holiday Miracle Program assisting children and families in need during the holiday season for over 20 years. Originally designed to benefit children at the Placer County Receiving Home and foster youth, the Holiday Miracle Program expanded to serve additional disadvantaged youth and their families in other county programs. During this second annual involvement of The Goularte Group, we are also expanding our reach to assist all of the children participating in the Holiday Miracle Program.

Join us for a community-wide event where items can be dropped off and festivities can be enjoyed! The focus of this event is to raise awareness for local children within our county's system of care and collect necessities. Though this is the focus, we would like this to be a family-friendly event for all!

Volunteers

During the event on the 7th, participants will be dropping off their items to the Loomis Train Depot. Everyone will be able to view their donation being checked in, wrapped, and placed directly into a county vehicle.

Depending on the shift selected, volunteers will be assisting with event setup, gift wrapping, gift check in, or anything else that may be needed.
